Introducing our premier Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves, crafted for high-temperature protection with silicone-coated fiberglass sleeves. Designed to withstand extreme heat, these sleeves offer unparalleled safety and durability.

Product Description
Our fire sleeve is meticulously engineered using top-tier, alkali-free glass fiber seamlessly integrated with resilient silicone rubber, ensuring superior performance and longevity. The alkali-free glass fiber is masterfully crafted into strands using advanced sand mixing technology. These strands are artfully woven into a circular tubular form using a precise figure-8 track, ensuring both uniformity in weave and a robust structure.

Once formed, the tubular structure is expertly coated with premium silicone rubber via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a meticulous vulcanization process in a state-of-the-art drying channel.

Our fire sleeves are available in a stunning array of colors: rust red, shimmering silver, sky blue, and deep black. These sleeves maintain their soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC and can endure up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass core remains intact even when the silicone rubber is exposed to extreme temperatures.

These versatile products are ideally suited for high-temperature applications such as ironwork, smelting, marine, and chemical industries. They provide essential protection for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

The sleeve's internal diameter ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, offering a versatile fit for various applications.
Available in a spectrum of colors including rust red, shimmering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom colors are available upon request for tailored applications.
