Product Description
Our fire sleeve is masterfully crafted from premium alkali-free glass fiber enveloped in robust silicone rubber, ensuring top-notch quality and protection. Our process involves transforming alkali-free glass fiber into strands using state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment. These are then skillfully woven into circular tubular forms with an immaculate 8-shaped track, guaranteeing even weaving and impeccable structural integrity.

The tubular form is meticulously coated with resilient silicone rubber using a specialized coating cylinder, followed by vulcanization through an advanced drying channel, securing its enduring quality.

Our fire sleeves are available in a palette of striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain a soft and elastic nature, enduring temperatures from a frigid -65ºC to a scorching 260ºC, and can withstand extreme heat of 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber chars, the fiberglass continues to perform efficiently.

Perfectly suited for high-temperature industries like iron and smelting, our products serve a myriad of applications including cable management, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generators, and more. They are indispensable for large constructions and vehicles, enhancing safety and performance.

Available in a diverse range of sizes, our sleeves boast an ID range from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to various industrial needs with precision.
