Crafted from premium-quality materials, our fire sleeves boast a core of alkali-free glass fiber wrapped in resilient silicone rubber, combining unmatched durability with superior insulation. Our innovative manufacturing process involves merging strands of alkali-free glass fiber using advanced sand mixing technology. These strands are meticulously woven into a seamless circular tubular form, ensuring exquisite structural uniformity and integrity.

Once formed, the tubular structure is enveloped in a robust layer of silicone rubber through precision coating, followed by a thorough vulcanization process within a drying channel to enhance longevity and performance.

Available in a palette of colors including rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeves maintain their soft elasticity across temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC. They withstand extreme heat up to 1600ºC for short durations, with the fiberglass core remaining intact even as the silicone rubber burns.

Our versatile products are essential in high-temperature environments such as iron and smelting operations, maritime applications, and chemical plants. Ideal for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generator units, electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive wiring, and exhaust pipes.
