Product Description
Constructed from superior alkali-free glass fiber and durable silicone rubber, this fire sleeve exemplifies top-tier quality and resilience. Our alkali-free glass fiber undergoes a meticulous process, where it is spun into strands using advanced sand mixing technology. The fibers are then woven into a seamless tubular structure via a precise tight 8-shaped track, guaranteeing uniformity and structural integrity.

The resulting tubular structure is skillfully coated with silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder, followed by precise vulcanization in a controlled drying channel, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

Our fire sleeve is available in a stunning palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, maintaining its flexible elasticity from temperatures as low as -65ºC up to 260ºC. It withstands brief exposure to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass maintains functionality even if the silicone rubber burns at extreme temperatures.

These versatile products are ideal for high-temperature environments in industries such as ironworks, smelting operations, shipbuilding, and chemical sectors. Perfect for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size: Ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse requirements.
