Product Description
Our fire sleeve is crafted from premium alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, ensuring exceptional durability and thermal resistance. Utilizing advanced sand mixing equipment, the alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously combined into strands, woven into a seamless circular tubular embryo tube. This process guarantees even weaving and a structurally tight build for optimal performance.

The embryo tube undergoes a sophisticated coating process with silicone rubber, followed by a precise vulcanization in the drying channel, enhancing its protective qualities.

Available in four stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve maintains its flexibility from -65ºC to 260ºC and withstands brief exposure up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even if the silicone rubber burns, the fiberglass continues to perform effectively.

Our versatile products are ideal for high-temperature industries such as iron, smelting, boat building, and chemical sectors. Perfect for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large buildings, hydraulic machinery, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, offering versatility for various applications.
