Product Description
At the heart of our fire sleeves is a blend of elite materials: high-quality, alkali-free glass fiber interwoven with resilient silicone rubber, offering superior protection and insulation. Our alkali-free glass fiber undergoes meticulous sand mixing, expertly spun into strands and woven into circular tubular forms using a precise 8-shaped track, ensuring uniform weaving and robust structural integrity.

Each tubular strand is expertly coated with silicone rubber via an advanced coating cylinder, followed by a vulcanization process through our state-of-the-art drying channel, enhancing strength and durability.

Available in four captivating colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeves maintain a soft, elastic nature from -65ºC to 260ºC, and withstand temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15S-30S, with fiberglass maintaining integrity even after silicone burns.

Our versatile products excel in extreme environments, safeguarding components in ironworks, smelting, marine and chemical industries. Protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes with confidence.
